Fruits; or a vegetable

Actor 1 walks to the middle of the stage with an apple in hand, and turns towards the audience without saying a word.

Actor 1 throws the apple about two feet into the air, and catches it.

Actor 1 repeats this for about thirty seconds.

An orange is thrown at actor 1 from behind the stage, out of view. Actor 1 catches it, and begins to juggle the fruit.

Actor 1 continues juggling for about thirty seconds.

A lemon is thrown at actor 1 from behind the stage, out of view. Actor 1 catches it, and begins to juggle the fruit.

Actor 1 continues juggling for about thirty seconds.

A tomato is thrown at actor 1 from behind the stage, out of view. It explodes on actor 1’s head. The fruit drops to the ground.

Close curtain.
